The very first winners of XOVERLAND’S Overlander Film Festival from 2020, Ant and Emma of We Will Roam are back behind the wheel. Over a year in the making, ‘Less Adrift’ charts a physical and emotional reconnection with adventure. Through a gradual rediscovery of what adventure means to them, they reacquaint themselves with their Landcruiser, Australia’s incredible landscapes and their shared ambition for a life less adrift.

This Time, It’s Different

After a 1,500km journey along Australia’s East Coast, Emma and Ant begin a new chapter, easing back into overland life.
Episode 2

The One That Got Away

Reunited with their old Toyota Troopy, they set out for Queensland’s sand islands, shaking off the rust and embracing the road once again.
Episode 3

Not Enough Time

Venturing into the lush Gondwanan rainforest, Emma and Ant plan for bigger adventures, reigniting their passion for the nomadic lifestyle.

Something Different, Something New

With the Troopy repaired, they escape to the remote Yuraygir coast and begin crafting a new way of adventuring with a fresh perspective and approach.
