Gon Cookin' by Gon Dirtin'

A 5 episode (15-30 minute) food and travel show that will explore a guest’s favorite and soul-hitting dish from the comfort of home. Linhbergh, Karissa, and the guest will then travel to the outdoors so they can recreate the simplified version for camp.

The essence of overlanding is to experience cultures, discovering new places, and taste the food of that region while learning that any home food can be campified.

Linhbergh learns the secrets of his mom’s beef phở, then takes her camping in the redwoods to recreate and simplify the dish for the outdoors.

Dan of Mali Mish teaches Linhbergh how to make lu rou fan, which Linhbergh then recreates at camp for Dan’s full-time traveling family.
