Rachelle Croft is a trailblazer in the overlanding world, known for her achievements as an off-road driver, co-founder of the acclaimed television series Expedition Overland (XOVERLAND), and advocate for women’s empowerment and healing from sexual abuse.

A Montana native with a deep love for adventure, Rachelle has journeyed extensively through Southern Africa, Scandinavia, North, Central, and South America, Europe, and Morocco. Alongside her husband, celebrated filmmaker and overlander Clay Croft, and as a mother of three boys and their black lab Piper, Rachelle has been co-producing Expedition Overland, taking on roles as lead driver, producer, and on-screen talent since 2011. In her spare time, you will find her making coffee, skiing with her boys, and traveling with family and friends.

In 2011, Rachelle founded X Elles Racing, a rally racing company with a mission to empower through long-distance rally racing, education, and the fight against sexual abuse. She has competed in the all-womens Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles in Morocco (2012, 2014, 2015) and the U.S.-based Rebelle Rally, winning in 2019 with navigator Taylor Pawley in a stock Lexus GX 460, and placing second in 2020 with the J201 Lexus build.

In addition to her work with XOVERLAND, Rachelle, along with her husband Clay, has established the XOVERLAND Ranch. Serving as a hub for adventure and education, the ranch hosts events, training sessions, and community gatherings that bring together companies and overlanding enthusiasts from all walks of life.

As the CEO of Hiline Productions and XOVERLAND, Rachelle is dedicated to driving the company to new levels of success while mentoring and leading by example, pushing boundaries as a business owner and an influential voice for women everywhere.
